LPN Lead Nurse (Clark County, Indiana) LifeSpring Health Systems is seeking qualified candidates for the part-time position of LPN Lead Nurse at our Turning Point Center located in Jeffersonville, Indiana. This position’s duties include administering medications, monitoring withdrawal, educating clients on new diagnoses, monitoring client activities, transcribing orders, coordinating client care, admissions and discharges. This position does have a lower productivity requirement than regular case management positions.

Clinical Manager – Project 180/Forensics (Floyd County, Indiana) LifeSpring Health Systems is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Clinical Manager for Project 180 in our Forensics Department located in New Albany, Indiana.  This position provides operational and clinical oversite of outpatient staff and services.  Experience and/or knowledge of local courts and probation system is desired. Duties include direct supervision of all clinical staff, outreach to community stakeholders, create and report on operation metrics, and maintaining appropriate staffing levels.
