Secretary – Adult Behavioral Services (Clark County, Indiana) LifeSpring Health Systems is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Secretary at our Adult Behavioral Services located in Jeffersonville, Indiana. This position will be responsible for front desk duties including: Medicaid scans, insurance verifications, answering phones, scheduling appointments, entering data into Accumed, collect co-pays and other office duties as assigned. Candidates must have excellent customer service skills, be exceptionally organized and computer literate. A high school diploma, or equivalent, is required.   

Housekeeper (Austin and Scott County, Indiana) LifeSpring Health Systems is seeking qualified candidates for the full time (6pm – 2:30am) position of Housekeeper at our Austin and Scottsburg offices. Duties will include cleaning all areas: waiting rooms, group rooms, bathrooms; emptying trash from all offices and areas; and sweeping/mopping all floors. Knowledge of biohazard, personal protective equipment, and standard precautions is required. 

Van Driver (Scott County, Indiana) LifeSpring Health Systems is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Van Driver in Scott County. This position is responsible for transporting clients to and from appointments at our Scottsburg and Austin locations. Ideal candidates will have a friendly demeanor but the ability to maintain excellent boundaries with clients, familiarity with Scottsburg streets and roads and an outstanding driving record. High school diploma or GED is required, as well as a Passenger Rating driver’s license. This type of license requires that you pass a physical. This position is full time, 33 hours per week.

Performance Improvement Specialist (Clark County, Indiana) LifeSpring Health Systems is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Performance Improvement Specialist located at our Main Center in Jeffersonville, Indiana. This position’s duties include: assisting in maintaining Joint Commission accreditation by reviewing standards and updating required documents as needed; tracking, trending and analyzing data; writing meeting minutes as assigned; data entry of PI data; maintaining and tracking insurance coverages for LifeSpring to include completing applications, checking requests for premiums, and reporting and monitoring claims as they occur; maintaining DMHA certifications by completing applications and required correspondence; formating and tracking all LifeSpring policies and procedures; tracking all subpoenas and assuring that DCS subpoenas have needed court hours; and other administrative tasks as assigned. The ideal candidate will be skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel, have excellent written communication skills and be organized and detail oriented. A High school diploma is required; some college or bachelor’s degree desired.
