About EAP

Established in 1983, LifeSpring EAP aims at helping employers enhance their employee productivity through training, consultation and educational presentations. Employees are helped by having the opportunity to receive work-life services including legal and financial help. Brief counseling is provided to address life issues that may impact employee work performance.

LifeSpring Health Systems recognizes that employers care about the well-being of their employees; however, many employers don’t correlate how employee personal problems can impact work performance. LifeSpring EAP focuses on helping employees to achieve well-balanced lives by providing services that focus on: mental and emotional health, physical health, financial and legal support, and work performance issues. LifeSpring strives to provide employers with the tools to help them manage work performance issues and retain valued employees.
